This guide will walk you through the process of setting up Xenia. Xenia enables you to play Xbox 360 games with enhanced performance and graphics on a Windows-based system. Step 1: Download Xenia Emulator

  1. Visit the official Xenia website.
  2. Choose between the ‘Xenia Master’ or ‘Xenia Canary‘ versions. Xenia Canary includes the latest developments and improvements.
  3. Download your chosen version.

Step 2: Initial Setup

  1. Create a new folder named ‘Xenia’ on your PC.
  2. Extract the downloaded Xenia zip file into the ‘Xenia’ folder.
  3. In the ‘Xenia’ folder, create a new text file named ‘portable.txt’. This file ensures that Xenia stores all its settings and save data within this folder.
  4. Launch Xenia once and then close it to generate necessary configuration files.

Step 3: Configure Your Controller

  1. Ensure your Xinput-compatible controller (e.g., Xbox 360, Xbox One, or Xbox Series controller) is connected to your PC.
